SHIPPINGAll artwork is carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Prints, framed, unframed and originals are delivered via BAX Global or FedEx. Each shipment is insured for the full value of the painting.International shipments are not available at this time unless self arranged. Delivery time averages two to three weeks once your order is received. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs. RETURNS All sales are final unless damaged by the delivery entity during shipment. To return a purchased piece of artwork that was damaged during shipment, please return the item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in to the return address provided on your invoice. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your full name, address and order number. We will be happy to rectify the situation. Return instructions are also provided on the reverse side of your invoice. |
